目的：对针灸干预血液透析患者轻度失衡综合征的临床疗效进行观察研究。方法选取于2014年2月～2015年2月期间在我院进行血液透析治疗过程中出现的40例轻度失衡综合征患者，所有患者均采用针灸进行干预，并对治疗效果进行总结。结果经过针灸干预后，患者的头痛、恶心、呕吐、血压轻度升高、嗜睡等透析轻度失衡综合征均有了显著的改善。结论针灸干预血液透析患者轻度失衡综合征具有十分显著的临床疗效，能够改善患者的临床症状，对提高血液透析患者的生活质量具有十分重要的临床意义。
목적：대침구간예혈액투석환자경도실형종합정적림상료효진행관찰연구。방법선취우2014년2월～2015년2월기간재아원진행혈액투석치료과정중출현적40례경도실형종합정환자，소유환자균채용침구진행간예，병대치료효과진행총결。결과경과침구간예후，환자적두통、악심、구토、혈압경도승고、기수등투석경도실형종합정균유료현저적개선。결론침구간예혈액투석환자경도실형종합정구유십분현저적림상료효，능구개선환자적림상증상，대제고혈액투석환자적생활질량구유십분중요적림상의의。
Objective Clinical curative effect of acupuncture intervention on hemodialysis patients with mild imbalance syndrome were investigated. Methods40 cases of mild imbalance syndrome patients were chosen during hemodialysis treatment in 2014 February~2015 year in February in our hospital, all patients were treated by acupuncture intervention, and the therapeutic effect was summarized.ResultsAfter acupuncture intervention, patients with headache, nausea, vomiting, mildly elevated blood pressure, drowsiness and dialysis disequilibrium syndrome are mildly significant improvement.Conclusion Acupuncture intervention of hemodialysis patients with mild imbalance syndrome has clinical curative effect is very significant, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, which has very important clinical signiifcance to improve the quality of life of patients with hemodialysis.
