目的：观察丹川芪颗粒治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛气虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法将80例冠心病稳定型心绞痛气虚血瘀证患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，两组根据病情给予西医基础治疗（如抗血小板聚集、降脂等），治疗组加服丹川芪颗粒，对照组加服单硝酸异山梨酯。结果治疗组心绞痛疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05），两组治疗后ST段最大下降幅度较治疗前减小（P＜0.01），运动总时间较治疗前增加（P＜0.01），治疗组治疗后运动总时间与对照组治疗后比较有所增加（P＜0.05）。结论丹川芪颗粒能够改善稳定型心绞痛气虚血瘀型患者的心绞痛症状，减小ST段最大下降幅度，增加运动总时间，从而提高稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。
목적：관찰단천기과립치료관심병은정형심교통기허혈어증적림상료효。방법장80례관심병은정형심교통기허혈어증환자수궤분위치료조여대조조，량조근거병정급여서의기출치료（여항혈소판취집、강지등），치료조가복단천기과립，대조조가복단초산이산리지。결과치료조심교통료효우우대조조（P＜0.05），량조치료후ST단최대하강폭도교치료전감소（P＜0.01），운동총시간교치료전증가（P＜0.01），치료조치료후운동총시간여대조조치료후비교유소증가（P＜0.05）。결론단천기과립능구개선은정형심교통기허혈어형환자적심교통증상，감소ST단최대하강폭도，증가운동총시간，종이제고은정형심교통적림상료효。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the Danchuanqi granule in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Danchuanqi granule deifciency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 80 cases of coronary heart disease with stable type angina pectoris Danchuanqi granule deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, two groups according to the condition of give the basic treatment of Western Medicine (such as antiplatelet aggregation, lipid-lowering etc.), the treatment group with Danchuanqi granule particles, the control group with oral isosorbide mononitrate.Results In the treatment group of angina pectoris is better than control group (P<0.05), maximal ST segment decline in the two groups after treatment than before treatment decreased (P<0.01), compared with before treatment, total exercise time increased (P<0.01), after treatment, the treatment group movement time and the treatment in the control group after somewhat increased (P<0.05). Conclusion Danchuanqi granulas can improve angina symptoms in patients with stable angina with Danchuanqi granule deifciency and blood stasis type, reduce ST segment the largest decrease, increase the total exercise time, so as to improve the clinical efifcacy of stable angina pectoris.
