目的:探讨胞必佳胸腔内注射对顽固性气胸的治疗作用。方法将96例顽固性气胸患者随机分为观察组(胞必佳组)和对照组(重组人白细胞介素-2组),在胸腔闭式引流的基础上,分别往胸腔内注入胞必佳400μg 或重组人白细胞介素-2150万 IU。结果观察组用药后平均终止漏气时间为(1.89±0.95)d,有效率为91.7%,1次注药成功率为52.1%;对照组用药后平均终止漏气时间为(3.78±0.89)d,有效率为70.8%,1次注药成功率为20.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较差异未见统计学意义(P ﹥0.05),且均对外周血象无明显影响。结论胞必佳胸腔内注射治疗顽固性气胸效果佳,不良反应少。

목적:탐토포필가흉강내주사대완고성기흉적치료작용。방법장96례완고성기흉환자수궤분위관찰조(포필가조)화대조조(중조인백세포개소-2조),재흉강폐식인류적기출상,분별왕흉강내주입포필가400μg 혹중조인백세포개소-2150만 IU。결과관찰조용약후평균종지루기시간위(1.89±0.95)d,유효솔위91.7%,1차주약성공솔위52.1%;대조조용약후평균종지루기시간위(3.78±0.89)d,유효솔위70.8%,1차주약성공솔위20.8%,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P ﹤0.05)。량조불량반응발생정황비교차이미견통계학의의(P ﹥0.05),차균대외주혈상무명현영향。결론포필가흉강내주사치료완고성기흉효과가,불량반응소。
Objective To investigate the therapeutical effect of N-CWS intrapleural injection on intractable pneumothorax. Methods Ninety-six patients with refractory pneumothorax were randomly divided into observation group(N-CWS group)and control group(rhIL-2 group). Randomly injected 400 μg of N-CWS or 150 IU of rhIL-2 into the chest cavity on the basis of the chest closed drainage. Results The post-medication average end leaking time of the observation group was(1. 89 ± 0. 95)d,the effective rate was 91. 7% ,the first time injection success rate was 52. 1% ;The post-medication average end leaking time of the control group was(3. 78 ± 0. 89)d,the effective rate was 70. 8% ,the first time injection success rate was 20. 8% . The differ-ences between the two groups were significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). In the adverse reaction,there was no statistically significant differ-ence between the two groups(P ﹥ 0. 05),and all cases had no affecting on the peripheral hemogram. Conclusion Intrapleural injection of N-CWS in the treatment of intractable pneumothorax has good effect and less adverse effect.
