目的：探讨CO2激光联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法随机将96例尖锐湿疣患者分为两组，每组48例。观察组采用CO2激光联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗，对照组单纯使用CO2激光治疗，连续治疗2个月，比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率、不良反应发生率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 CO2激光联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗尖锐湿疣可改善治愈率，安全性高，复发率低。

목적：탐토CO2격광연합중조인간우소α-2b치료첨예습우적림상효과。방법수궤장96례첨예습우환자분위량조，매조48례。관찰조채용CO2격광연합중조인간우소α-2b치료，대조조단순사용CO2격광치료，련속치료2개월，비교량조림상료효。결과관찰조총유효솔、불량반응발생솔우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론 CO2격광연합중조인간우소α-2b치료첨예습우가개선치유솔，안전성고，복발솔저。
Objective To investigate the CO2 laser combined recombinant human interferon α-2b clinical effect for the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods96 patients were divided with condyloma acuminatum into two groups randomly, each group of 48 cases. Observation group with CO2 laser combined human recombinant interferon α-2b treatment, control group simply using CO2 laser treatment, treatment of 1 month in a row, to compare two groups of clinical curative effect.Results Observation group total effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions significantly better than control group, the difference have statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion CO2 laser combined recombinant human interferon α-2b treatment condyloma acuminatum can improve the cure rate, high safety, low recurrence rate.
