目的：探讨和分析青光眼暗室激发试验阳性与患者虹膜的相关性。方法根据排除标准选取2013年2月至2013年8月在福田人民医院就诊的156例单眼患者，暗室激发试验阳性患者96例作为阳性组，60例暗室激发试验阴性患者为阴性组。比较两组的试验结果。结果两组试验前的眼压、虹膜的膨隆度及虹膜的厚度比较差异未见统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。两组患者试验前的眼压、周边虹膜厚度的变化值比较差异均有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。同时分析所有患者眼压、虹膜的膨隆度及虹膜的厚度的相关性。结论虹膜参数与青光眼暗室激发试验结果相关。其中，虹膜的厚度与眼压压升高幅度呈正相关，虹膜的膨隆度与眼压升高幅度呈负相关。
목적：탐토화분석청광안암실격발시험양성여환자홍막적상관성。방법근거배제표준선취2013년2월지2013년8월재복전인민의원취진적156례단안환자，암실격발시험양성환자96례작위양성조，60례암실격발시험음성환자위음성조。비교량조적시험결과。결과량조시험전적안압、홍막적팽륭도급홍막적후도비교차이미견통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）。량조환자시험전적안압、주변홍막후도적변화치비교차이균유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。동시분석소유환자안압、홍막적팽륭도급홍막적후도적상관성。결론홍막삼수여청광안암실격발시험결과상관。기중，홍막적후도여안압압승고폭도정정상관，홍막적팽륭도여안압승고폭도정부상관。
Objective To study and analyze the glaucoma patients with dark room excitation test results and the correlation of the iris. Methods According to the exclusion criteria,156 patients with monocular glaucoma specialist clinics dark room excita-tion test were selected from February 2013 to August 2013 in Futian people’s hospital. The 96 patients with dark room excitation test of positive were as positive group,and 60 patients with dark room excitation test of negative as negative group. The results of the two groups were compared. Results The intraocular pressure,iris of degree and the thickness of the iris of the two groups before test had no statistical significant difference(P ﹥ 0. 05). The change between the two groups before test had statistical significant difference(P ﹤0. 05). The correlation of intraocular pressure,thickness of iris and the iris were analyzed in all of the patients. Conclusion Iris parameters associated with glaucoma dark room excitation test results. Among them,the thickness of the iris are positively correlated with high intraocular pressure,iris of degree and negatively correlated with high intraocular pressure.
