目的：对比分析米氮平结合碳酸锂治疗狂躁抑郁性神经病的临床疗效。方法选择狂躁抑郁性神经病98例，随机分为两组，即米氮平结合碳酸锂治疗组和阿米替林结合碳酸锂治疗组。应用SPSS17.0软件统计学分析。结果两组比较，米氮平结合碳酸锂治疗组总有效率高于阿米替林结合碳酸锂治疗组，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论米氮平结合碳酸锂治疗狂躁抑郁性神经病具有更好的治疗作用。

목적：대비분석미담평결합탄산리치료광조억욱성신경병적림상료효。방법선택광조억욱성신경병98례，수궤분위량조，즉미담평결합탄산리치료조화아미체림결합탄산리치료조。응용SPSS17.0연건통계학분석。결과량조비교，미담평결합탄산리치료조총유효솔고우아미체림결합탄산리치료조，P<0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론미담평결합탄산리치료광조억욱성신경병구유경호적치료작용。
Objective To compare the clinical of mirtazapine in combination with lithium in the treatment of manic depression andneuropathy.Methods Selection of manic depressive neuropathy in 98 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, and were randomly assigned to two groups that mirtazapine combined with lithium carbonate in the treatment group and amitriptyline combined with lithium carbonate in the treatment group. Analysis and application of SPSS17.0 statistical software. Results The comparison between the two groups, mirtazapine combined with lithium carbonate in the treatment group the total efifciency is higher than that of amitriptyline in the treatment group combined with lithium,P<0.05, the difference was statistically signiifcant. Conclusion Mirtazapine combination of lithium in the treatment manic depressive neuropathy performance better.
