目的对失代偿期乙型肝炎后肝硬化阿德福韦酯联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗进行临床分析。方法选取我院治疗失代偿期乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者200例，单纯给予还原型谷胱甘肽治疗，为单纯组100例，常规治疗基础上联合阿德福韦酯治疗，为联合组100例患者；对比两组患者的治疗情况。结果联合组治疗效果、乙肝病毒转阴比例均高于单纯组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。患者没有一例发生用药和治疗措施不当引起严重不良反应发生。结论对于乙型肝炎后肝硬化失代偿期乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者实施阿德福韦酯联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗，可提高临床总有效比例，改善病毒转阴情况，安全性较高。
목적대실대상기을형간염후간경화아덕복위지연합환원형곡광감태치료진행림상분석。방법선취아원치료실대상기을형간염후간경화환자200례，단순급여환원형곡광감태치료，위단순조100례，상규치료기출상연합아덕복위지치료，위연합조100례환자；대비량조환자적치료정황。결과연합조치료효과、을간병독전음비례균고우단순조，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。환자몰유일례발생용약화치료조시불당인기엄중불량반응발생。결론대우을형간염후간경화실대상기을형간염후간경화환자실시아덕복위지연합환원형곡광감태치료，가제고림상총유효비례，개선병독전음정황，안전성교고。
Objective To decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis of adefovir dipivoxil combined with glutathione in the treatment of clinical analysis.Methods 200 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were selected in our hospital after the compensation for the hepatitis B virus, treated with reduced glutathione in the treatment and simple group 100 cases, conventional therapy combined with adefovir dipivoxil treatment, for the combined group of 100 patients, compared two groups of patients with treatment.Results The therapeutic effect of combined group, hepatitis B virus clearance was higher than simple group, with statistical value (P<0.05). Patients without a case of medication and treatment measures of serious adverse reaction caused by improper.Conclusion For the implementation of adefovir in patients with liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B decompensated liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B combined with reduced glutathione treatment, can signiifcantly improve the clinical total effective ratio, improve the virus clearance, high security.
