以赣南离子型稀土尾砂提取高岭土后的二次尾砂为骨料,以适量低温砂、中温砂、黑滑石、石灰石和粘土等为高温粘结剂制备陶瓷透水砖,研究了二次尾砂含量和制备工艺对陶瓷透水砖的抗折强度和透水性能的影响。结果表明,陶瓷透水砖的抗折强度随着尾砂含量的增加而降低,透水系数则先增后降,当二次尾砂用量为75wt.%时达到最大。当二次尾砂用量为75wt.%,在成型压力为12 MPa、煅烧温度为1240℃、保温30 min条件下,所得陶瓷透水砖的抗折强度为5.5 MPa、透水系数为3.0×10-2 cm/s。
以贛南離子型稀土尾砂提取高嶺土後的二次尾砂為骨料,以適量低溫砂、中溫砂、黑滑石、石灰石和粘土等為高溫粘結劑製備陶瓷透水磚,研究瞭二次尾砂含量和製備工藝對陶瓷透水磚的抗摺彊度和透水性能的影響。結果錶明,陶瓷透水磚的抗摺彊度隨著尾砂含量的增加而降低,透水繫數則先增後降,噹二次尾砂用量為75wt.%時達到最大。噹二次尾砂用量為75wt.%,在成型壓力為12 MPa、煅燒溫度為1240℃、保溫30 min條件下,所得陶瓷透水磚的抗摺彊度為5.5 MPa、透水繫數為3.0×10-2 cm/s。

Water-permeable bricks were prepared by mainly using as an aggregate the recycled South Jiangxi rare earth tailings from which kaolin was separated, and appropriate amounts of low temperature sand, mid-temperature sand, black talc, limestone and clay as sintering aids. The effects of the content of the tailings and the preparation processes on the bending strength and permeation coefifcient of water-permeable bricks were studied. The results show that the bending strength decreased with the increase of the tailings content. However, the permeation coefifcient ifrstly increased, then decreased, and it reached the maximum value when the tailings content was 75wt.%. Under the conditions of the tailings content of 75wt.%, the molding pressure of 12 MPa, the sintering temperature of 1240 °C and the holding time of 30min, the obtained water-permeable bricks have the bending strength of 5.5 MPa and the permeation coefifcient of 3.0×10-2cm/s.
