根据艺术书库读者的特点和艺术书库的实际情况,从空间环境布置、图书的分类排架、彩色书标和架标的应用、馆藏特色、服务语言、借阅制度各方面分析了艺术书库读者的需求,并结合此,提出了一些人性化管理的措施,可从硬件和软件方面为读者提供高质量的服务。
根據藝術書庫讀者的特點和藝術書庫的實際情況,從空間環境佈置、圖書的分類排架、綵色書標和架標的應用、館藏特色、服務語言、藉閱製度各方麵分析瞭藝術書庫讀者的需求,併結閤此,提齣瞭一些人性化管理的措施,可從硬件和軟件方麵為讀者提供高質量的服務。
근거예술서고독자적특점화예술서고적실제정황,종공간배경포치、도서적분류배가、채색서표화가표적응용、관장특색、복무어언、차열제도각방면분석료예술서고독자적수구,병결합차,제출료일사인성화관리적조시,가종경건화연건방면위독자제공고질량적복무。
Based on the actual situation of artistic stacks and the readers’ characteristics, the paper analyzes the artistic readers’ demand from the various aspects, such as the arrangement of space environment, the classification and layout of the books, the application of colored book labels and stack labels, the characteristics of the collection, language service, and the book loan system. With the readers’ demand, it also puts forward some measures of the humanized management, providing the service of high quality for the readers from the aspects of hardware and software.
