为了加强“双师型”教师队伍建设和全面提高教育教学质量,高职院校教师要具备“双职业能力”,这是实现高职教育科学发展的客观要求。教师职教能力培养离不开中央到地方到学校的政策支持,关键在于要以校企合作为背景,以教学能力与职业能力为核心,选择有效的培养途径,全面提升职教能力:以校企合作为契机升级职业实践能力,以三级培训体系为平台提升教学能力,以成立名师和技能大师工作室为基础提升社会服务能力,以同国际化接轨为目标创新职业能力。
為瞭加彊“雙師型”教師隊伍建設和全麵提高教育教學質量,高職院校教師要具備“雙職業能力”,這是實現高職教育科學髮展的客觀要求。教師職教能力培養離不開中央到地方到學校的政策支持,關鍵在于要以校企閤作為揹景,以教學能力與職業能力為覈心,選擇有效的培養途徑,全麵提升職教能力:以校企閤作為契機升級職業實踐能力,以三級培訓體繫為平檯提升教學能力,以成立名師和技能大師工作室為基礎提升社會服務能力,以同國際化接軌為目標創新職業能力。

In order to strength the construction of double-qualified teacher team and improve the educational and teaching quality in the round,vocational college teachers should have the double-vocational teaching ability,which is an objective requirement to realize the scientific development of higher vocational education.The training of teachers’ vocational teaching ability is based on the policy support from central to local governments and to school, which depends on taking school-enterprise cooperation as the background,taking teaching ability and vocational a-bility as a core,selecting the effective training ways so as to improve the comprehensive vocational ability:Taking advantage of the cooperation between schools and enterprises to upgrade vocational capacity, improving teaching skills based on three-level training system,promoting the social service ability on the basis of the establishment of masters studios,renewing vocational ability going with the internationalization.
