目的:研究MMP-9如何导致鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤病理性改变,探讨其在鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤形成中的作用。方法观察组为30例鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤的患者,行鼻内镜手术完整切除内翻性乳头状瘤组织;对照组为15例慢性鼻炎患者,行下鼻甲部分切除的黏膜作为正常对照。所选患者术前6周未使用任何药物,用两组标本免疫组化法检测基质金属蛋白酶( MMP-9)的蛋白表达情况,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 MMP-9在鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤中表达较对照组明显增高。结论 MMP -9在鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤组织中的表达增高,可能是促进鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤形成和发展的一个重要因素。

목적:연구MMP-9여하도치비강내번성유두상류병이성개변,탐토기재비강내번성유두상류형성중적작용。방법관찰조위30례비강내번성유두상류적환자,행비내경수술완정절제내번성유두상류조직;대조조위15례만성비염환자,행하비갑부분절제적점막작위정상대조。소선환자술전6주미사용임하약물,용량조표본면역조화법검측기질금속단백매( MMP-9)적단백표체정황,병대결과진행통계학분석。결과 MMP-9재비강내번성유두상류중표체교대조조명현증고。결론 MMP -9재비강내번성유두상류조직중적표체증고,가능시촉진비강내번성유두상류형성화발전적일개중요인소。
Objective To study the matrix metalloproteinase -9 ( MMP -9) expression and significance in nasal inverted papilloma , investigate itsfunction in the formation of nasal inverted papilloma.Methods The observation group consisted of 30 patients with nasal en-doscopic operation for treatment of nasal inverted papilloma in patients with inverted papilloma tissue;The control group consisted of 15 ca-ses of submucous correction of nasal septum in patients ( those without chronic nasal sinusitis history) uncinate process mucosa as control at.The selected patients didn′t use systemic or localglucocorticoid hormone and other nasal drugs before 6 weeks, MMP -9 protein expres-sion of two groups of specimensare detected with the method of immuno detection, and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The matrix metalloproteinase -9 ( MMP -9) was significantly higher than that ofnormal mucosa of uncinate.Conclusion MMP-9 in nasal inverted papilloma tissues with highexpression may be an important factorof the promotion of nasal inverted papilloma and of the formation and development of process at higherexpression in nasal inverted papilloma.
