目的：评价半导体激光联合牙周刮治术对中重度牙周炎的治疗效果观察。方法门诊随机选取40例中、重度慢性牙周炎患者，将其随机分为器械组和激光组，器械组单纯牙周基础治疗，激光组牙周基础治疗后联合用半导体激光。分别在治疗前、治疗4周后和12周后记录出血指数、牙周袋深度、附着丧失。结果激光组和器械组治疗4周和12周后与治疗前相比龈沟出血指数、牙周袋深度、附着丧失明显降低。激光组牙龈敏感度和治疗时间明显低于器械组。结论牙周基础治疗联合半导体激光可明显改善出血指数、牙周袋深度、附着丧失水平，对慢性牙周炎有较好的治疗效果。
목적：평개반도체격광연합아주괄치술대중중도아주염적치료효과관찰。방법문진수궤선취40례중、중도만성아주염환자，장기수궤분위기계조화격광조，기계조단순아주기출치료，격광조아주기출치료후연합용반도체격광。분별재치료전、치료4주후화12주후기록출혈지수、아주대심도、부착상실。결과격광조화기계조치료4주화12주후여치료전상비간구출혈지수、아주대심도、부착상실명현강저。격광조아간민감도화치료시간명현저우기계조。결론아주기출치료연합반도체격광가명현개선출혈지수、아주대심도、부착상실수평，대만성아주염유교호적치료효과。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect evaluation of semiconductor laser combined with periodontal curettage for mod-erateandsevereperiodontitis.Methods 40outpatientswithlight,moderatechronicperiodontitispatientswererandomlyselected,ran-domly divided into laser group and appliance group.The baseline levels were recorded before treatment, attachment loss index, periodontal pocket depth, recorded in 4 and 12 weeks after treatment.Results Bleeding in the laser group and appliance group 4 weeks after treatment than before treatment and sulcus bleeding index, probing pocket depth, attachment loss decreased obviously.The laser group gingival sensi-tivity and time of treatment was significantly lower than the instrument set.Conclusion Semiconductor laser subgingival scaling can obvi-ously improve the bleeding index, periodontal pocket depth, attachment loss level of chronic periodontitis, ideal treatment effect.Compared with hand instruments unwell, required a short treatment time.
