目的：观察白内障超声乳化术后糖尿病视网膜病变激光光凝的治疗效果。方法收集38例56眼白内障超声乳化术后糖尿病患者进行氪激光治疗，分析其治疗效果。结果白内障术后2周～1个月内行激光光凝治疗，激光治疗后视力提高者17例19只眼（33．93％），视力不变者21例37只眼（66．07％），经FFA检查眼底情况好转并保持稳定。结论白内障术后2周～1个月内糖尿病患者应及时进行激光光凝，可以有效控制糖尿病视网膜病变的进展。
목적：관찰백내장초성유화술후당뇨병시망막병변격광광응적치료효과。방법수집38례56안백내장초성유화술후당뇨병환자진행극격광치료，분석기치료효과。결과백내장술후2주～1개월내행격광광응치료，격광치료후시력제고자17례19지안（33．93％），시력불변자21례37지안（66．07％），경FFA검사안저정황호전병보지은정。결론백내장술후2주～1개월내당뇨병환자응급시진행격광광응，가이유효공제당뇨병시망막병변적진전。
Objective To study the effect of laser treatment on diabetic retinopathy ( DR) after phacoemulsification.Methods 56 eyes with diabetic retinopathy were treated with krypton laser in 38 patients.The effect of laser treatment on diabetic retinopathy was observed. Results Between two weeks and one month after phacoemulsification surgery, the visual acuity was improved in 19 eyes of 17cases (33.93%), remained stable in 37 eyes of 21cases(66.07%)after laser photocoagulation.The diabetic retinopathy alleviated or kept sta-ble.Conclusion Laser photocoagulation should be performed for diabetic retinopathy between two weeks and one month after phacoemulsi-fication in order to control the advance of diabetic retinopathy.
