目的：探讨胸膜纤维板剥脱术治疗慢性脓胸疗效，并对其进行评价。方法选取我院2012年11月～2014年12月收治的56例慢性脓胸患者，对其进行回顾性分析，观察患者在接受治疗后的效果并对其进行评价。结果通过观察患者治疗后的效果可知，治愈38例，显效14例，无效4例，其治疗的总有效率为92.9%；术后出现胸腔渗血1例，在经过相应治疗后痊愈，且在其围术期未有死亡患者。结论通过研究发现，胸膜纤维板剥脱术治疗慢性脓胸的临床效果明显。
목적：탐토흉막섬유판박탈술치료만성농흉료효，병대기진행평개。방법선취아원2012년11월～2014년12월수치적56례만성농흉환자，대기진행회고성분석，관찰환자재접수치료후적효과병대기진행평개。결과통과관찰환자치료후적효과가지，치유38례，현효14례，무효4례，기치료적총유효솔위92.9%；술후출현흉강삼혈1례，재경과상응치료후전유，차재기위술기미유사망환자。결론통과연구발현，흉막섬유판박탈술치료만성농흉적림상효과명현。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pleural fibreboard stripping operation in the treatment of chronic pyothorax. Methods 56 cases of chronic pyothorax were selected from November 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital. Retrospectively analyzed the effect of the patients and observed the clinical effect. Results Through treatment,38 case were cured,14 cases were markedly effective and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 92.9%.Moreover,1 case had thoracic cavity bleeding after surgery and recovered after appropriate treatment. No patients died in the perioperative. Conclusion The study found that fibreboard stripping operation has obvious curative effect to chronic pyothorax.
