目的：探讨急性间质性肺炎的治疗效果，为临床诊治提供参考价值。方法对12例急性间质性肺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，所有患者均采用早期应用激素冲击和抗病毒治疗，观察治疗后的效果。结果12例患者中9例患者病情好转，感染指标血白细胞、PCT、CRP恢复正常，3例患者死亡，死亡原因为呼吸衰竭。结论急性间质性肺炎早期进行中等激素冲击及抗病毒治疗可降低患者的病死率。

목적：탐토급성간질성폐염적치료효과，위림상진치제공삼고개치。방법대12례급성간질성폐염환자적림상자료진행회고성분석，소유환자균채용조기응용격소충격화항병독치료，관찰치료후적효과。결과12례환자중9례환자병정호전，감염지표혈백세포、PCT、CRP회복정상，3례환자사망，사망원인위호흡쇠갈。결론급성간질성폐염조기진행중등격소충격급항병독치료가강저환자적병사솔。
Objective To analysis the therapeutic effect of acute interstitial pneumonia and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 12 cases of patients with acute interstitial pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed,al patients were treated by early application of hormone impact and antiviral treatment,the therapeutic effect were observed. Results 9 in 12 patients got better,the infection index of white blood cel ,PCT,CRP returned to normal,3 patients died,the cause of death was respiratory failure. Conclusion Acute interstitial pneumonia treated by secondary hormone impact and antiviral treatment in early stage can reduce the fatality rate.
