目的：分析综合化护理措施在妊娠合并子宫肌瘤中的应用效果。方法选取我院就诊的妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者共60例为研究对象，将患者随机分为两组，观察组和对照组患者各30例。对照组患者入院后给予患者常规护理；观察组患者在对照组常规护理的基础之上，再联用综合化护理措施。结果对照组总有效率为66.67%；观察组总有效率93.33%，组间护理效果比较具有明显差异，P<0.05。结论临床上护理妊娠合并子宫肌瘤时，采用综合护理方法，能有效改善患者护理效果，提高预后质量。
목적：분석종합화호리조시재임신합병자궁기류중적응용효과。방법선취아원취진적임신합병자궁기류환자공60례위연구대상，장환자수궤분위량조，관찰조화대조조환자각30례。대조조환자입원후급여환자상규호리；관찰조환자재대조조상규호리적기출지상，재련용종합화호리조시。결과대조조총유효솔위66.67%；관찰조총유효솔93.33%，조간호리효과비교구유명현차이，P<0.05。결론림상상호리임신합병자궁기류시，채용종합호리방법，능유효개선환자호리효과，제고예후질량。
Objective To analysis the comprehensive nursing measures in pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma. Methods 60 Patients with pregnancy complicated with uterine leiomyoma were selected in our hospital as the object of study,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,each had 30 patients. Routine nursing was given to patients in control group patients after admission,patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing care on the basis of control group. Results In the control group,the total ef iciency was 66.67%,in observation group,the total ef iciency was 93.33%,the comparison among groups was nursing ef ect had obvious dif erence,P<0.05. Conclusion For clinical nursing of pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma,comprehensive nursing methods can ef ectively improve care ef ect,improve the prognosis of quality,obtain the ideal ef ect.
