目的：探讨MCP－1（单核细胞趋化蛋白－1）在颈动脉粥样硬化患者血清中的变化及与疾病发生的相关性。方法将46例诊断为颈动脉硬化的患者随机分为内膜增厚组和内膜斑块组，并将35例健康成人作为对照组，3组人群均进行高频彩色多普勒超声检查；采用ELISA法检测内膜增厚组、内膜斑块组和对照组血清中MCP－1浓度。结果内膜斑块组患者血清中MCP－1浓度水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论血清MCP－1浓度与颈动脉粥样硬化的发生有一定的相关性，为颈动脉硬化的诊断与预防提供了新线索。
목적：탐토MCP－1（단핵세포추화단백－1）재경동맥죽양경화환자혈청중적변화급여질병발생적상관성。방법장46례진단위경동맥경화적환자수궤분위내막증후조화내막반괴조，병장35례건강성인작위대조조，3조인군균진행고빈채색다보륵초성검사；채용ELISA법검측내막증후조、내막반괴조화대조조혈청중MCP－1농도。결과내막반괴조환자혈청중MCP－1농도수평명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론혈청MCP－1농도여경동맥죽양경화적발생유일정적상관성，위경동맥경화적진단여예방제공료신선색。
Objective To investigate the relation between serum MCP-1 level and the pathologic process of carotid atherosclerosis. Methods 46patientswithcarotidatherosclerosisweredividedinto2groupsincludingthickenedandformedplaqueendarterium,and35 healthy adults were regarded as the control group,all patients were carried out by High-frequency Color Doppler.Resulst Serum level of MCP-1 in formed plaque endarterium patients was statistically higher than that in healthy controls (P<0.05).Conclusion Serum MCP-1 might be involved in the pathogenesis of carotid atherosclerosis and would be a prevention or therapy target in the development of carotid atherosclerosis.
