目的:研究探讨完全束支传导阻滞与心力衰竭患者血清脑钠素水平的关系及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析2012-12~2013-12间在我院就诊的180例心力衰竭患者,根据是否合并完全束支传导阻滞,将其随机分为完全左束支传导阻滞组、完全右束支传导阻滞组及对照组。所有研究对象均行心力衰竭常规诊断和治疗,比较三组患者血清脑钠素( BNP)水平等指标之间的差异变化。结果完全束支传导阻滞组患者的血清BNP水平明显高于对照组,且完全左束支传导阻滞组的BNP水平高于完全右束支传导阻滞组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论完全束支传导阻滞可导致心力衰竭患者血清BNP水平升高,完全左束支传导阻滞高于完全右束支传导阻滞,这表明完全束支传导阻滞,尤其是完全左束支传导阻滞可加重心力衰竭。

목적:연구탐토완전속지전도조체여심력쇠갈환자혈청뇌납소수평적관계급기림상의의。방법회고성분석2012-12~2013-12간재아원취진적180례심력쇠갈환자,근거시부합병완전속지전도조체,장기수궤분위완전좌속지전도조체조、완전우속지전도조체조급대조조。소유연구대상균행심력쇠갈상규진단화치료,비교삼조환자혈청뇌납소( BNP)수평등지표지간적차이변화。결과완전속지전도조체조환자적혈청BNP수평명현고우대조조,차완전좌속지전도조체조적BNP수평고우완전우속지전도조체조,기차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론완전속지전도조체가도치심력쇠갈환자혈청BNP수평승고,완전좌속지전도조체고우완전우속지전도조체,저표명완전속지전도조체,우기시완전좌속지전도조체가가중심력쇠갈。
Objective To study the relationship between complete bundle branch block and serum brain natriuretic peptide level in pa-tients with congestive heart failure and its clinical significance.Methods A retrospective analysis of 180cases in our hospital from 2012 December to 2013 December, patients with heart failure, according to whether with or without complete bundle branch block, were random-ly divided into complete left bundle branch block group, complete right bundle branch block group and control group.All subjects are under went routine diagnostic and treatment of heart failure, compared three groups of patients with serum brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP) chan-ges the difference between the level indicator.Results The complete bundle branch block patients the serum level of BNP was significantly higher than the control group, and complete left bundle branch block group BNP was higher than the complete right bundle branch block group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The complete bundle branch block can lead to elevated serum BNP levels in patients with heart failure, left bundle branch block is higher than that of complete right bundle branch block, which indicates that the complete bundle branch block, especially the prognosis of complete left bundle branch block can aggravate heart failure, occur at higher cardiovascular risk.
