目的：对无牙颌患者种植义齿修复效果进行分析。方法采取本院2012年2月～2014年4月期间收治的38例无牙颌患者，对这38例无牙颌患者进行种植义齿修复，对种植义齿修复术的效果进行分析。结果所有患者种植修复后义齿在固位性、稳定性及咀嚼效果上均获得了较满意的效果。有2名患者对固定种植义齿修复后的义齿美观情况满意度稍差。结论无牙颌患者种植义齿修复取得了良好的效果，患者对种植义齿后的满意度较高。
목적：대무아합환자충식의치수복효과진행분석。방법채취본원2012년2월～2014년4월기간수치적38례무아합환자，대저38례무아합환자진행충식의치수복，대충식의치수복술적효과진행분석。결과소유환자충식수복후의치재고위성、은정성급저작효과상균획득료교만의적효과。유2명환자대고정충식의치수복후적의치미관정황만의도초차。결론무아합환자충식의치수복취득료량호적효과，환자대충식의치후적만의도교고。
Objective To analyze the effect of planting denture for edentulous patients. Methods 38 cases of edentulous patients in our hospital were selected from February 2012 to April 2014 and the patients were received implant prostheses. The effect was analyzed after treatment. Results All patients with denture implant were satisfied with the immobility of the teeth,stability and chewing effects. There were two patients were not satisfied with the beautiful situation of false tooth. Conclusion The effect of planting denture for patients is good and the patients are satisfied with the denture.
