目的探讨提上睑肌缩短术矫正儿童重度先天性上睑下垂的临床效果.方法回顾自2012年3月至2014年3月在南阳市眼科医院经提上睑肌缩短矫正儿童重度先天性上睑下垂53例74只眼,术后观察睑缘高度,评价眼睑轮廓、双侧眼睑对称程度和双重睑形成情况,并将其分为优、良、差三级.结果术后1个月随访,手术后眼睑上缘超过瞳孔上缘矫正成功率达100％ (74/74),术后6个月成功率为96％ (71/74).术后早期和术后6个月随访时,眼睑轮廓、双侧眼睑对称程度及双重睑形成的优级率分别为96％ (71/74)、94.6％ (70/74)、91.9％ (68/74)和91.9％ (68/74)、90.5％ (67/74)、90.5％ (67/74).结论提上睑肌缩短术矫正儿童重度先天性上睑下垂可以取得良好地效果.

Objective To evaluate the clinical result of levator resection for correction of congenital severe blepharoptosis in early age children.Methods Fifty-three patients (74 eyelids) with pediatric congenital severe blepharoptosis were treated with levator resection from 2009 through 2013 at Nanyang Eye Hospital.After operation,the lid height was observed.Lid contour,symmetry of lid height and lid crease were assessed and categorized as excellent,good,or poor at 1 month and 6 months after surgery.Results The functional success rates were 100％ at 1 month after surgery and 96％ (71/74) at 6 months after surgery.In the early stage after operation and at 6 months after surgery,the mean grades for lid contour,symmetry,and crease were 96％(71/74),94.6％(70/74),91.9％ (68/74) and 91.9％(68/74),90.5％(67/74),90.5％(67/74),respectively.Conclusions Levator resection is very effective for correction of pediatric congential severe blepharoptosis.
