目的:探讨快速加温透析配液对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法:选取长期MHD患者34例,对其进行MHD自身对照观察,并将其分为两组,在2010年冬季使用传统配液法为MHD2010组;2011年冬季使用快速加温透析配液法为MHD2011组。同时抽取30名健康体检者为对照组。对三个组随访3个月,分别比较三组在0月、3个月测定的血清hs-CRP水平。结果:①与对照组相比,MHD2010组及MHD2011组的hs-CRP水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.345,P<0.05);②随访3个月后MHD2011组和MHD2010组hs-CRP水平与自身治疗前比较都有所下降,差异有统计学意义(分别t=3.346,t=3.356,P<0.05);③治疗后, MHD2011组和MHD2010组hs-CRP水平相比较,差别无统计学意义(t=1.019,P>0.05)。结论:MHD患者存在微炎症状态,与传统配液法相比,快速加温透析配液法也可降低hs-CRP水平。

목적:탐토쾌속가온투석배액대유지성혈액투석(MHD)환자초민C반응단백(hs-CRP)적영향。방법:선취장기MHD환자34례,대기진행MHD자신대조관찰,병장기분위량조,재2010년동계사용전통배액법위MHD2010조;2011년동계사용쾌속가온투석배액법위MHD2011조。동시추취30명건강체검자위대조조。대삼개조수방3개월,분별비교삼조재0월、3개월측정적혈청hs-CRP수평。결과:①여대조조상비,MHD2010조급MHD2011조적hs-CRP수평명현승고,차이유통계학의의(t=3.345,P<0.05);②수방3개월후MHD2011조화MHD2010조hs-CRP수평여자신치료전비교도유소하강,차이유통계학의의(분별t=3.346,t=3.356,P<0.05);③치료후, MHD2011조화MHD2010조hs-CRP수평상비교,차별무통계학의의(t=1.019,P>0.05)。결론:MHD환자존재미염증상태,여전통배액법상비,쾌속가온투석배액법야가강저hs-CRP수평。
Objective: To investigate the influence of fast heating-up dialysate dispensing equipment on high sensitivity C reactive protein of maintenance hemodialysis. Methods:We firstly got thirty health people population(12 males and 18 females, mean age 46.18±16.35), thirty-four patients with maintenance hemodialysis(20 males and 14 females, mean age 50.39±14.48). While MHD thirty-four patients were conducted by self-controlled trial, respectively in the winter of 2010 using conventional method (MHD2010 group), 2011 for fast heating-up dialysate dispensing equipment method (MHD2011 group), followed up for 3 months, compared serum hs-CRP levels of three groups of 0 month, third month. Results: (1)Compared with the healthy group, hs-CRP levels of MHD2010 group and MHD2011 group were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(t=3.345, P<0.05). (2)Followed-up for three months, hs-CRP levels of MHD2011 group and MHD2010 group were declined, the difference was statistically significant(t=3.346, P<0.05). (3)After treatment, the hs-CRP levels of MHD2011 group and MHD2010 group compared, The difference was not statistically significant (t=1.019, P>0.05). Conclusion:Micro-inflammatory state, exists in patients with maintenance hemodialysis, fast heating-up dialysate dispensing equipment could reduce the levels of hs-CRP, the same to conventional method.
