针对稻麦收获机脱粒滚筒焊接质量人工检测误差大、效率低的现状,提出了一种基于激光测距的在线检测方法。同时,由工控机和运动控制卡驱动伺服电机以实现对脱粒滚筒和激光传感器的控制,进而完成距离信息的采集,再通过信号处理和数据分析,得出脱粒滚筒圆柱度和垂直度的检测结果。试验结果表明:脱粒滚筒圆柱度检测最大误差为2.15%,垂直度检测最大误差为1.42%,满足脱粒滚筒焊接质量快速、准确的检测要求。

In view of the situation of great error and low efficiency in artificial test of rice and wheat harvester threshing drum welding quality, this paper proposes an on-line detection method based on laser ranging.The servo motors are driven by industrial PC and motion control card, so as to control the threshing cylinder and laser sensors, and then finish the distance information collection, we can calculate cylindrical degree and vertical degree value of threshing drum through signal processing and data analysis.Experimental results show that, the maximum error of cylindrical degree de-tection is 2.15%, the maximum error of vertical degree detection is 1.42%.The method meets rapid and accurate de-tection requirements.
