针对折叠式玉米播种机对机架和划行器的工作性能要求,分析了机架和划行器的折叠与平放的工作过程,设计了玉米播种机的机架与划行器的液压控制系统。通过对液压控制系统的分析,确定了系统的最大压力和流量,并对液压系统的执行机构折叠液压缸进行了设计计算,同时对液压系统的控制元件进行了选型。试验表明:设计的液压系统结构紧凑、工作平稳可靠,能够满足玉米播种机的使用要求。
針對摺疊式玉米播種機對機架和劃行器的工作性能要求,分析瞭機架和劃行器的摺疊與平放的工作過程,設計瞭玉米播種機的機架與劃行器的液壓控製繫統。通過對液壓控製繫統的分析,確定瞭繫統的最大壓力和流量,併對液壓繫統的執行機構摺疊液壓缸進行瞭設計計算,同時對液壓繫統的控製元件進行瞭選型。試驗錶明:設計的液壓繫統結構緊湊、工作平穩可靠,能夠滿足玉米播種機的使用要求。

The work process of frame and marker attachment was analyzed and the principle diagram of the hydraulic con-trol system was drawn according to requirement of frame and marker attachment for maize planter.The hydraulic control system of frame and marker attachment was designed for maize planter through analysis.The maximum pressure and flow of system was determined.The structure parameters of folding hydraulic cylinder was calculated and control elements of the hydraulic system were selected.The experiments shows that the designed hydraulic system has compact structure, re-liable performance and can meet the requirements of the maize planter.
