为了提高生产效率、减轻劳动强度,根据油菜的种植农艺要求,设计了一种自走式油菜联合收获机。通过割台进行收割,经过可调输送装置进行输送,然后进行脱粒清选,最后进行茎秆的粉碎,完成整个过程的收获。为此,主要对行车部分的前后桥进行三维虚拟设计,并用有限元软件 SolidWorks Simulation 进行仿真分析,可以得出前后桥的应力变化、位移变化以及安全系数的变化。
為瞭提高生產效率、減輕勞動彊度,根據油菜的種植農藝要求,設計瞭一種自走式油菜聯閤收穫機。通過割檯進行收割,經過可調輸送裝置進行輸送,然後進行脫粒清選,最後進行莖稈的粉碎,完成整箇過程的收穫。為此,主要對行車部分的前後橋進行三維虛擬設計,併用有限元軟件 SolidWorks Simulation 進行倣真分析,可以得齣前後橋的應力變化、位移變化以及安全繫數的變化。

In order to improve production efficiency, reduce labor intensity, we design a self-propelled rape combine harvester which is based on rape planting agronomic requirements.The stalk is cutted by the cutting station, and con-veyed to an adjustable, threshing and cleaning equipment.Finally, the harvest process is completed after crushing the stalk.This paper is focused on the design of the front and rear bridge of the carriageway, and using the three-dimension-al virtual designing and simulating.Through using finite element software SolidWorks Simulation , you can see the chan-ges of stress, displacement and safety axles of the front and rear.
