对5TG－100型油菜脱粒机进行了田间性能测试，分析了其脱粒时存在的问题，对其进行相应的改进，并对改进后的脱粒机进行性能测试。结果表明：改进后的脱粒机总损失率为4．83％，破碎率为1．30％，清洁率为99．93％，总损失率与清洁率明显优于原机，破碎率与原机持平，脱粒、清选效果好。
대5TG－100형유채탈립궤진행료전간성능측시，분석료기탈립시존재적문제，대기진행상응적개진，병대개진후적탈립궤진행성능측시。결과표명：개진후적탈립궤총손실솔위4．83％，파쇄솔위1．30％，청길솔위99．93％，총손실솔여청길솔명현우우원궤，파쇄솔여원궤지평，탈립、청선효과호。
This paper discussed the problems about the 5TG-100 rape thresher based on its performance test.And we modified the 5TG-100 rape thresher to solve the problems,the performance test of the improved rape thresher was also carried out.The test show that the total loss rate is 4.83%,broken rate is 1.30%,and the cleaning ability is 99.93%, the total loss rate and the cleaning ability of the improved rape thresher are better than the 5TG-100’s,and the broken rate is same.The improved rape thresher is more better at threshing and selecting.
