我国已经进入老龄化阶段，养老问题已经成为人们日益关注的焦点问题。自实行计划生育以来，老年人在我国的总人口中占的比重越来越大。我国的社会养老已经初具规模，但是现在占主流的养老模式还是家庭养老。经过向西方国家的借鉴与学习，专家表明老年公寓是提升养老水平的有效途径，但是老年公寓的养老模式在我国的发展历史比较短，同时重视度也不高。本文就未来老年公寓的模式进行简单探讨。

Our society has stepped into the aging stage,so the pension issue has become the focus of people’s concern. Since the implementation of family planning,the old people have accounted for a growing proportion of population in our country. China’s social pension has begun to take shape, however,the prevalent pension mode is stil the family pension mode. By learning from western countries,experts discovers that apartment for elderly people is an effective way to enhance the pension level,but senior apartment mode experiences a relatively short history of development and it has not be paid much attention yet. This paper makes an investigation on future apartment mode for elderly patients.
