目的：调查研究企业医院护士心理压力现状，寻找应对方式减轻职业压力。方法对医院临床科室护士490人进行问卷调查，将结果进行分析汇总。结果不同科室、不同年龄段及不同编制的护士均压力显著。结论临床护士工作压力较重，需要通过采取加强培训，完善绩效等相关措施对护士进行减压，保证自身身心健康，以利于更好的工作。
목적：조사연구기업의원호사심리압력현상，심조응대방식감경직업압력。방법대의원림상과실호사490인진행문권조사，장결과진행분석회총。결과불동과실、불동년령단급불동편제적호사균압력현저。결론림상호사공작압력교중，수요통과채취가강배훈，완선적효등상관조시대호사진행감압，보증자신신심건강，이리우경호적공작。
Objective To research the situation of psychological stress in nurses in enterprise hospitals, to seek approach to reduce the employment pressure. Methods Using questionnaire survey to 490 nurses in clinical departments in hospitals, analysed the results. Results Different departments, different ages’groups and different preparation of nurses al had significant pressure. Conclusion The pressure of clinical nurses is heavy that need to conduct training and improve the performance and relevant measures to ensure their physical and mental health.
