目的：就针对性护理对慢性胃溃疡患者临床护理的应用进行了探讨。方法2012年7月～2014年7月，我院收治80例慢性胃溃疡患者，采用抽签法将其平均分为实验组（n=40）和对照组（n=40），对照组在治疗期间实施常规护理，实验组在治疗期间实施针对性护理，对实验和对照两组患者护理后的舒适评分，护理满意度及相关观察指标等进行分析。结果实验组40例慢性胃溃疡患者的生活质量情况以及患者对康复护理的满意度高于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论针对性护理应用于慢性胃溃疡患者临床护理中的效果显著，使慢性胃溃疡患者能够提高生活质量，提高了慢性胃溃疡患者的满意度。
목적：취침대성호리대만성위궤양환자림상호리적응용진행료탐토。방법2012년7월～2014년7월，아원수치80례만성위궤양환자，채용추첨법장기평균분위실험조（n=40）화대조조（n=40），대조조재치료기간실시상규호리，실험조재치료기간실시침대성호리，대실험화대조량조환자호리후적서괄평분，호리만의도급상관관찰지표등진행분석。결과실험조40례만성위궤양환자적생활질량정황이급환자대강복호리적만의도고우대조조환자（P<0.05）。결론침대성호리응용우만성위궤양환자림상호리중적효과현저，사만성위궤양환자능구제고생활질량，제고료만성위궤양환자적만의도。
Objective The application of target nursing in patients with chronic gastric ulcer is discussed. Methods From July 2012 to July 2012,80 cases of chronic gastric ulcer patients in our hospital were divided into experimental group(n=40)and the control group(n=40),control group used routine nursing during the treatment,the experimental group used targeted nursing,the experiment and contrast comfort score after two groups of patient care,nursing satisfaction and related observation indexes were analyzed. Results In experimental group,the quality of life and patients satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Target nursing applied to patients with chronic gastric ulcer has remarkable effect,it improve the quality of life,and effectively improve the satisfaction degree.
