花生是我国优势油料作物,常采用垄作覆膜种植,但收获时遗留在地表的残膜尚无回收机具。为解决垄作区花生残膜污染严重问题,在系统分析了国内外残膜回收机研究现状的基础上,从花生残膜治理的种植模式和收获工艺出发,提出相应的垄作区花生残膜治理方案。同时,购置5款不同收膜、集膜结构的残膜回收机,通过田间残膜回收试验对垄作花生残膜回收机的收膜、传动、膜土分离、集膜等工序进行了装备筛选,制订了垄作花生残膜回收机技术指标,并对我国垄作花生残膜回收机械化发展提出相关建议与对策。

Peanut is China’ s preponderant oilseed crop,the ridge plastic mulching planting pattern was usually adopted , but the left residual membrane in the surface of field lack of recovery equipment after harvest,aiming at solving severe pollution problems of peanut residue plastic film in ridged areas,both domestic and international residual film recovery machines were analysised systematically, starting from the planting pattern and harvest technology of peanut residue film governance, ridged peanut residue plastic film recycling technology was taken into consideration.Five residue plastic film recycling machines with different pick-up film mechanism and film collecting device were bought,equipments selection of peanut residue plastic film collector like the pick-up film mechanism , transmission, soil-film separation, the film col-lecting device and etc.were carried out, technical indicators of ridged peanut residue plastic film recycling machine were made , relevant suggestions and countermeasures were proposed on the development of China's ridged peanut residue plas-tic film recycling mechanization.
