选用SIEMENS SMART型PLC控制器和触摸屏,实现对喷雾流量系统的控制和参数检测。通过检测喷头的可调比、开口度-流量关系,选定了 N11053型喷头。利用设定的4个流量数值,分别在流量增大和减小的两个过程中,测定达到稳定值所用的时间和流量最大差值分别为1.31s 和0.044 L/min。选取了0.5~2.5L/min和2.5~4.5 L/min两个流量变化范围,对其响应性能分别进行测定,每变化0.5 L/min并且达到稳定状态所需的时间最多为0.6s,流量差别最大为0.049L/min。

Selected the PLC controller and the touch screen of the SIMENS SMART, to detect the parameters and control the spraying-rate system.To test the adjustable ratio and the opening degree with flowing rate of the nozzles, selected the N11053.To use the four flowing-rate which have set.With the increasing and the decreasing for the flowing rate, tested the biggest response capability of the quantitative and the variable is 1.31s and 0.044 L/min.During the 0.5L/min to 2.5L/min and the 2.5L/min to the 4.5L/min,tested the response capability.When the flowing rate was changed for 0. 5L/min, the largest time was needed is 0.6s when reached the stable status.The biggest difference is 0.049L/min.All of this can meet that we need.
