目的：探讨婴儿期肝功能异常病因谱。方法对2012年6月～2013年5月以肝功能异常收住我院的婴儿进行病因分析。结果136例患儿入选，男性79例，女性57例，感染所致肝功能异常59例（43.4%）；遗传代谢因素15例（11.03%）；药物毒物因素所致11例（8.09%）；胆道闭锁10例（7.35%），胆总管囊肿2例（1.47%）；其它系统疾病导致肝功能异常11例（8.09%）；28例原因不明确（20.74%）。结论感染是婴儿期肝功能异常最常见的致病原因。
목적：탐토영인기간공능이상병인보。방법대2012년6월～2013년5월이간공능이상수주아원적영인진행병인분석。결과136례환인입선，남성79례，녀성57례，감염소치간공능이상59례（43.4%）；유전대사인소15례（11.03%）；약물독물인소소치11례（8.09%）；담도폐쇄10례（7.35%），담총관낭종2례（1.47%）；기타계통질병도치간공능이상11례（8.09%）；28례원인불명학（20.74%）。결론감염시영인기간공능이상최상견적치병원인。
Objective To explore the etiology of infants with liver dysfunction. Methods The patients who were hospitalized for liver dysfunction from June 2012 to May 2013 were col ected to study the etiological profiles. Results A total of 136 cases were enrol ed,in whom 79 cases were male,59 were female. The main leading cause was infection(59/136,43.4%),fol owed by inborn errors and metabolic liver diseases(15/136,11.03%),drug or other substance induced live injury(11/136,8.09%),biliary atresia(10/136,7.35%),choledochocyst(2/136,1.47%). However,there were 11 cases with liver dysfunction caused by other systemic diseases,such as Reye's syndrome in 6 cases,hemophagocytic syndrome in 2 cases,Kswasaki disease in 2 cases and Langerhan's cel histiocytosis in 1 case,respectively. There were 28 cases remain undetermined. Conclusion Infection is the main cause of infantile liver dysfunction.
