由于地膜的厚度、破损程度对弹齿式拾膜机构的拾膜率有重要影响,为提高拾膜率,必须了解残膜力学性能。为此,从残膜力学性能的分析出发,研究不同厚度的残地膜的抗拉强度、延伸率等力学性能的变化及残膜力学性能与弹齿捡拾机构性能之间的关系,为拾膜机构的设计提供理论依据。采用有限元法分析拾膜弹齿与地膜作用时的受力和变形情况,并采用高速摄影试验验证理论分析及仿真结果的正确性。
由于地膜的厚度、破損程度對彈齒式拾膜機構的拾膜率有重要影響,為提高拾膜率,必鬚瞭解殘膜力學性能。為此,從殘膜力學性能的分析齣髮,研究不同厚度的殘地膜的抗拉彊度、延伸率等力學性能的變化及殘膜力學性能與彈齒撿拾機構性能之間的關繫,為拾膜機構的設計提供理論依據。採用有限元法分析拾膜彈齒與地膜作用時的受力和變形情況,併採用高速攝影試驗驗證理論分析及倣真結果的正確性。

Because the degree of damage and of films have important impacts on the received rate of plastic film, the physical and mechanical properties of plastic film should be found out for improving the received rate of plastic film.As a starting point for analyzing the physical and mechanical properties of film, the changes of the mechanical properties of Plastic films of different thickness are researched, and the relationship between the physical and mechanical properties of film and the performance of the spring-tooth mechanism for picking up plastic film are researched too.The researches provided a theoretical basis for the design of the spring-tooth mechanism for picking up plastic film.The force and de-form of the spring-tooth and film is analyzed by the finite element method, and the results of theoretical analysis the ac-curacy of the simulation are verified by the high-speed photography test.
