通过对我院新生儿科收治的38例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（NRDS）惠儿进行护理分析，总结新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床护理经验，探讨切实有效的护理方法和措施。本组38例患儿成功治愈33例，最终因呼吸衰竭死亡5例，从而得出有效控制体温，采取正确的氧疗、保持足够的营养支持是 NRDS 护理成功的关键。
