翻转课堂的核心理念是“先学后教、以学定教。”学生在课前自主学习教师提供的网络教学资源之后，回到课堂进行师生之间、生生之间的面对面交流讨论，这样不仅增加了课堂互动，也能够实现学生个性化学习。结合高校人才培养目标，将翻转课堂教学模式运用于思想政治理论课(以下简称思政课)教学，能够全面提升课堂的互动性，提升思想政治教育的有效性，从而加深学生对理论知识的内化程度并提高其实践能力，真正培养出高素质高技能型人才。

The core of flipped classroom teaching mode is to teach after and based on leaning. This teaching mode, by which students come to classes to discuss with teacher and peers after finishing all the web material prescribed by the teacher, helps to improve the class interaction and meet students’ individual need. This paper, integrating the education goal of colleges and universities, apply flipped Classroom teaching mode into the teaching of College Ideo-logical and Political Theory course, aiming to improve the classroom interaction and the effectiveness of the course for deepening the internalization, improving students’ practice ability .
