文中以高职公路运输与管理专业的核心课程“汽车运输企业经营管理实务”为例，提出了以运输企业的实际经营管理活动为载体、以客运经营权经营服务方案为载体表现形式的项目课程开发的思路与方法，阐述了项目课程的开发设计方案，开展了以学生为主体、以能力为中心、以项目为导向的一体化教学模式的有益探索。

This paper,taking the core course of Management Practices of Automobile TransportationEnterprises in Highway Transportation Management Program as an example, proposes a project-based course development plan in-cluding the clues and methods. The plan, taking actual management activities as course carrier and the management service plan of passenger transport management right as forms, aims to explore the integrated teaching mode which is student-centered, competency-centered and project-oriented.
