目的:针对海上救治平台医疗设备故障频发的原因提出合理解决对策,以提高海上医疗保障能力。方法:对近年来海上救治平台出行任务时的医疗设备常见故障进行统计;利用查阅文献、专家询问等方法研究海上救治平台医疗设备发生故障的影响因素;通过改善设备性能和加强设备管理,探讨如何削弱影响因素对设备的损害。结果:通过对海上救治平台医疗设备故障分析发现,环境因素和人为因素是导致其故障发生的主要因素;环境适应能力、机动能力及结构设计等方面的改进可改善设备性能;使用和维修管理制度的落实以及人员培训可保障设备的正常运行。结论:加大海上救治平台医疗设备研究力度,提高设备对海上特殊环境适应能力,制定科学管理制度,注重人员专业素质培养,可降低海上救治平台医疗设备故障率。

Objective:According to the reason which equipment failure of the medical support platform at sea occurs frequently, reasonable solutions are put forward to enhance the ability of medical support. Methods: Statistics on usual medical equipment failures during the recent offshore tasks are done. By reviewing literature and consulting experts, we studied the influence factors of medical equipment failure. Through improving the equipment performance, strengthening equipment management, we explored how to decrease the damage to the equipment. Results:The results showed that environmental and human factors are foremost, which cause the medical equipment failure. The melioration of environmental adaptability, mobility, and structure design can improve equipment performance, scientific implementation of maintenance management regulations, training can strengthen equipment management. Conclusion:By enlarging the research on the medical support platform at sea, improving the equipment adaptation to the maritime environment, formulating scientific management regulations, and focusing on the professional quality training, it is effective to reduce the medical equipment failure rate of medical support platform.
