目的：探讨对糖尿病患者优质护理服务的应用和效果。方法随机抽取我院收诊的100例糖尿病患者，分为对照组和研究组各50例，其中对照组患者给予常规普通护理，研究组患者给予优质护理，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组ADL评分低于研究组，且研究组患者身体功能、心理状态、躯体功能均要优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对于糖尿病患者，优质护理能够延缓、预防其他并发症，促进患者早日康复，且有效提高患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토대당뇨병환자우질호리복무적응용화효과。방법수궤추취아원수진적100례당뇨병환자，분위대조조화연구조각50례，기중대조조환자급여상규보통호리，연구조환자급여우질호리，대비량조환자적치료효과。결과대조조ADL평분저우연구조，차연구조환자신체공능、심리상태、구체공능균요우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론대우당뇨병환자，우질호리능구연완、예방기타병발증，촉진환자조일강복，차유효제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To explore the application and effect of high quality nursing service in patients with diabetes mel itus. Methods Randomly selected 100 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital and divided into control group and study group with 50 cases in each group,patients in control group were given conventional care,patients in study group were given high quality nursing,compared the nursing effect in two groups. Results In control group,ADL score was significantly lower than study group. For patients in the study group,physical function,psychological status and physical function were superior to the contrast group,the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with diabetes,the high quality nursing can delay or prevent other complications and promote early recovery of patients,and improve the quality of life.
