利用MatLab/Simulink工具建立了农用高地隙作业机的液压转向系统模型并对其动态特性进行了仿真分析与验证。结果表明:在满足转向要求的情况下,转向器实际排量 Dm和转阀阀芯直径 d 越小,系统的稳定性越高;有负载力持续作用时比空载时系统的稳定性要好,且恒值负载 FL越大,液压缸活塞运动越平缓,系统的输出越稳定。研究结果为该作业机液压转向系统在元件选择及提高液压系统的可靠性上提供了理论依据。
