目的：分析对肝硬化患者采取心理护理干预的效果。方法搜集本院内科2014年1月～2015年1月收治的46例肝硬化患者，根据护理方式的不同分为两组，心理护理组和基础护理组，对比两组护理效果。结果两组护理有效率比较，心理护理组92.0%（23/25）高于基础护理组的81.0%（17/21），P<0.05；心理护理组焦虑自评量表SAS评分和抑郁自评量表SDS评分低于基础护理组，P<0.05；心理护理组肝功能指标丙氨酸转氨酶ALT、天门冬氨酸转氨酶AST优于基础护理组P<0.05。结论心理护理可以有效改善肝硬化患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪，提高其治疗的依从性。

목적：분석대간경화환자채취심리호리간예적효과。방법수집본원내과2014년1월～2015년1월수치적46례간경화환자，근거호리방식적불동분위량조，심리호리조화기출호리조，대비량조호리효과。결과량조호리유효솔비교，심리호리조92.0%（23/25）고우기출호리조적81.0%（17/21），P<0.05；심리호리조초필자평량표SAS평분화억욱자평량표SDS평분저우기출호리조，P<0.05；심리호리조간공능지표병안산전안매ALT、천문동안산전안매AST우우기출호리조P<0.05。결론심리호리가이유효개선간경화환자적초필화억욱정서，제고기치료적의종성。
Objective Application effect of psychological nursing in treatment of patients with cirrhosis is to be analyzed. Methods Chose 46 patients with cirrhosis who were treated in medical department of hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 and separated them into two groups according to different treatment methods which were given psychological nursing and conventional nursing respectively,and then made a comparative study on nursing effects between two groups. Results Psychological nursing efficacy was 92.0%(23/25),which was much higher than 81.0%(17/21)of conventional nursing efficacy,P<0.05,and in addition,SAS and SDS scores of patients who were given psychological nursing were quite lower than counterparts of patients who were given conventional nursing,P<0.05,and ALT and AST indicator values of patients who were given psychological nursing were much better than those of patients who were given conventional nursing,P<0.05. Conclusion Psychological nursing is effective to improve patients’symptoms of anxiety and depression,besides,it is conducive to increasing patients’compliance with treatment.
