以2 RBW-1500型育苗杯制作机为基础,分析其组成机构。采用 NURBS 曲线原理拟合焊接凸轮轮廓曲线,将得到的曲线控制点输入 Solidworks编辑宏,从而精确设计凸轮廓线。同时,分析了六杆输入机构顶端滑块的位移、速度、加速度,并得到运动的数学方程式。基于 SolidWorks-motion 平台上的运动分析,构建运动模型,得到焊接推杆及六杆机构滑块的位移、速度、加速度的时间曲线,并就曲线意义及某些特征点做了合理解释。最后,结合整个机械,分析运动的联动性,并在模型上印证结果,从而验证结构设计的合理性和正确性。
以2 RBW-1500型育苗杯製作機為基礎,分析其組成機構。採用 NURBS 麯線原理擬閤銲接凸輪輪廓麯線,將得到的麯線控製點輸入 Solidworks編輯宏,從而精確設計凸輪廓線。同時,分析瞭六桿輸入機構頂耑滑塊的位移、速度、加速度,併得到運動的數學方程式。基于 SolidWorks-motion 平檯上的運動分析,構建運動模型,得到銲接推桿及六桿機構滑塊的位移、速度、加速度的時間麯線,併就麯線意義及某些特徵點做瞭閤理解釋。最後,結閤整箇機械,分析運動的聯動性,併在模型上印證結果,從而驗證結構設計的閤理性和正確性。

Based on type of 2RBW-1500 nursery cup making machine, analysis its consisting mechanism.Fit the weld-ing cam contour curve by using NURBS curves theory, after that input the produced control point to Solidworks edit mac-ros, and then the cam contour curve could be precisely designed.Analysis displacement velocity and acceleration of the top slider of six-bar input mechanism, the mathematical equations of movement could be got.Based on Solidworks-mo-tion platform motion analysis, the motion model, the displacement, velocity and acceleration time curves of welding push rod, and slider of six-bar mechanism was obtained, then make reasonable explanation on the significance and some char-acteristic points of curve.Finally, Combined with the total machine, analysis movement of linkage, and prove the results on the model, interference did not exist between mechanisms; all these aspects verify the rationality and correctness of the design.
