统一战线本质上顺应社会发展客观规律，通过法的制定及其实行，加强法制建设，向依据法进行全面的社会自主治理方向发展，即：由法制向法治发展。法治体现社会发展规律。其中至少有节省社会成本、第一时间负责、观念不断更新、监督常态化，等等。在这些方面统一战线与法治完全一致。须发掘统一战线法治化，法治统战化的内在涵义，达成二者互促，共进。
統一戰線本質上順應社會髮展客觀規律，通過法的製定及其實行，加彊法製建設，嚮依據法進行全麵的社會自主治理方嚮髮展，即：由法製嚮法治髮展。法治體現社會髮展規律。其中至少有節省社會成本、第一時間負責、觀唸不斷更新、鑑督常態化，等等。在這些方麵統一戰線與法治完全一緻。鬚髮掘統一戰線法治化，法治統戰化的內在涵義，達成二者互促，共進。
통일전선본질상순응사회발전객관규률，통과법적제정급기실행，가강법제건설，향의거법진행전면적사회자주치리방향발전，즉：유법제향법치발전。법치체현사회발전규률。기중지소유절성사회성본、제일시간부책、관념불단경신、감독상태화，등등。재저사방면통일전선여법치완전일치。수발굴통일전선법치화，법치통전화적내재함의，체성이자호촉，공진。
