流感是由流感病毒引起的高度传染性的病毒性疾病，虽然疫苗接种在预防流感大流行方面发挥了重要作用，但由于流感病毒的抗原变异和易感人群的存在，每年都会出现流感的散发或小规模流行，开展及时的药物治疗，是有效减轻流感症状和并发症发生的有效途径，通过把抗流感病毒药物分为西药、中药和生物医药类这三大类并对其研究进展分别进行了综述。

Influenza is a highly-infectious viral disease caused by influenza virus.Vaccination has played an important role in the prevention of influenza pandemics, but because of the antigen variation of flu virus and the existence of susceptible population, the sporadic or small-scale epidemics of influenza appear every year.Therefore, carrying out timely medical treatment is an effective way to alleviate flu symptoms and reduce the occurrence of complications.The paper summarizes the research progress in anti-influ-enza drugs ( the Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, and biological medicine) .
