目的:探讨全程优质护理模式对口腔颌面外科手术患者住院满意度及负性心理情绪的影响。方法将160例在我院接受口腔颌面外科手术的患者随机分为试验组和对照组各80例。试验组给予全程的优质护理,对照组给予传统护理。对两组患者手术前及出院时的焦虑、抑郁情绪进行评分。结果试验组较对照组满意度明显升高,且护理前后SAS、SDS评分较对照组降低显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式应用于口腔颌面外科手术患者不仅能提高其住院满意度,还能有效减少其负性心理情绪。

목적:탐토전정우질호리모식대구강합면외과수술환자주원만의도급부성심리정서적영향。방법장160례재아원접수구강합면외과수술적환자수궤분위시험조화대조조각80례。시험조급여전정적우질호리,대조조급여전통호리。대량조환자수술전급출원시적초필、억욱정서진행평분。결과시험조교대조조만의도명현승고,차호리전후SAS、SDS평분교대조조강저현저,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론우질호리모식응용우구강합면외과수술환자불부능제고기주원만의도,환능유효감소기부성심리정서。
Objective To research the high quality nursing care mode for patients with oral and maxil ofacial surgery in hospital satisfaction and the influence on negative psychological feelings. Methods 160 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group(n=80). Treatment group was given the whole quality of nursing,the control group was given traditional nursing. The two groups of patients before surgery and at discharge to rate of anxiety and depression were compared. Results The experimental group increased significantly than control group in satisfaction before and after nursing,the SAS and SDS score was reduced significantly,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The model of high quality nursing in patients with oral and maxil ofacial surgery can not only improve the hospital satisfaction,but also can ef ectively reduce their negative psychological feelings.
