针对沼气工程集中供气过程中上下限调节压力不稳、燃气灶使用效率不高和单纯的变频控制缩短电机使用寿命等问题,开发了一套采用西门子 PLC作为控制器,通过采用增量 PID 算法配合现场执行结构的供气系统,实现了农村大中型沼气工程的安全稳定有序供气。结果表明:增量控制避免了电机的频繁启动, PID 算法实现了供气的稳定,提高了燃气灶的燃烧效率。
針對沼氣工程集中供氣過程中上下限調節壓力不穩、燃氣竈使用效率不高和單純的變頻控製縮短電機使用壽命等問題,開髮瞭一套採用西門子 PLC作為控製器,通過採用增量 PID 算法配閤現場執行結構的供氣繫統,實現瞭農村大中型沼氣工程的安全穩定有序供氣。結果錶明:增量控製避免瞭電機的頻繁啟動, PID 算法實現瞭供氣的穩定,提高瞭燃氣竈的燃燒效率。

This paper states that in the biogas engineering gas-supply process, there is the problem that upper and lower limit regulating pressure style lead to instability pressure, and gas stove use efficiency is not high, one-fold frequency conversion control style at the expense of the motor service life.So developing a set of system which use the Siemens PLC as controller, and use incremental PID algorithm with the implementation of the field structure, realized large and medium-sized software rural biogas project work securitily and stabilitily and orderly.Incremental control to avoid the frequent starting of motor,the PID algorithm realized the gas supply stabilitily, improving the combustion efficiency of gas cooker.
