目的:探讨亚低温对大鼠局灶性脑梗死后脑组织线粒体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MAD)水平的影响。方法建立大鼠局灶性脑梗死模型,分为常温对照组(24℃~26℃)和亚低温组(4℃~10℃),采用生化检测方法,分别测定其24 h、3 d、5 d和7 d处死后,大鼠脑组织线粒体SOD和MDA水平。结果亚低温脑梗死组24 h、3 d和7 d SOD水平高于脑梗死常温组(P<0.05);亚低温脑梗塞组3 d和5 d的MDA水平低于脑梗死常温组(P<0.05)。结论亚低温治疗可以通过降低脑组织线粒体MDA水平,减少自由基损伤而减轻脑缺血后继发性损伤。
目的:探討亞低溫對大鼠跼竈性腦梗死後腦組織線粒體超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MAD)水平的影響。方法建立大鼠跼竈性腦梗死模型,分為常溫對照組(24℃~26℃)和亞低溫組(4℃~10℃),採用生化檢測方法,分彆測定其24 h、3 d、5 d和7 d處死後,大鼠腦組織線粒體SOD和MDA水平。結果亞低溫腦梗死組24 h、3 d和7 d SOD水平高于腦梗死常溫組(P<0.05);亞低溫腦梗塞組3 d和5 d的MDA水平低于腦梗死常溫組(P<0.05)。結論亞低溫治療可以通過降低腦組織線粒體MDA水平,減少自由基損傷而減輕腦缺血後繼髮性損傷。
목적:탐토아저온대대서국조성뇌경사후뇌조직선립체초양화물기화매(SOD)화병이철(MAD)수평적영향。방법건립대서국조성뇌경사모형,분위상온대조조(24℃~26℃)화아저온조(4℃~10℃),채용생화검측방법,분별측정기24 h、3 d、5 d화7 d처사후,대서뇌조직선립체SOD화MDA수평。결과아저온뇌경사조24 h、3 d화7 d SOD수평고우뇌경사상온조(P<0.05);아저온뇌경새조3 d화5 d적MDA수평저우뇌경사상온조(P<0.05)。결론아저온치료가이통과강저뇌조직선립체MDA수평,감소자유기손상이감경뇌결혈후계발성손상。
Objective To explore the effect of a mild hypothermia on the SOD and MDA level in the focal cerebral infarction mitochondria of the rats. Methods Established the focal cerebral infarction model of the rats, classified into control group( room temperature 24℃~26℃)and mild hypothermia(4℃~10℃), and detected the SOD and MDA level of the rats cerebral mitochondria by bio-chemical assays. Results After mild hypothermia treatment, the SOD level of the rats cerebral mitochondria at the 24 h、3 d and 7 d, While the MDA level of the rats cerebral mitochondria at the 3d and 5d was obviously higher(P<0.05). Conclusion Though reducing the mitochondrial MDA level in brain tissue, the mild hypothermia therapy brought down free radical damage and the secondary injury after brain ischemia.
