为解决现有针式穴盘播种机的吸嘴易发生堵塞影响播种质量的问题,基于 DSP 嵌入式图像识别系统,结合装置气吸-气吹的播种原理,设计了一种新的机械式自清洁播种头。该装置主要由 DSP 嵌入式图像识别和自动化清洁控制系统组成,图像处理模块采用TMS320 DM642内核,包括图像预处理、特征提取、特征编码和编码匹配过程。机械部分包括吸嘴头、固定部、清洁活塞、顶针和复位弹簧等,通过和阻塞种子的图像匹配,输出接通正气压动作,利用活塞和顶针对吸嘴头进行疏通和排种作业。为了验证装置的有效性和可靠性,对系统进行了测试。结果表明:在播种速度为30排/min时,自清洁播种头播种的单粒率为98.7%、空穴率为0.52%、重播率为1.21%,与传统针式吸嘴相比,播种质量和防堵效果大幅度提高。

In order to solve the existing suction nozzle needle type tray seeder easy blocking effects of sowing quality problems, DSP embedded image recognition system based on combining device, gas desorption gas blowing seeding prin-ciple, design a new mechanical self-cleaning seeding head.The device is mainly composed of a DSP embedded image recognition and automatic cleaning of the composition of the control system, the image processing module based on TMS320DM642 kernel, the function includes image preprocessing, feature extraction, feature coding and code matching process,the mechanical part comprises a nozzle,a fixed part,the cleaning piston,thimble and a reset spring,and image blocking by seed matching, output is connected with a positive air pressure action, dredge and seeding operations on the suction nozzle head using piston and the thimble.In order to verify the validity and reliability of the device, the system is tested, the results showed that, in the seeding speed for the 30 row /min, self cleaning head single grain sowing sowing rate was 98 .7%, the hole rate is 0 .52%, the playback rate is 1 .21%, the indexes and the traditional needle type noz-zle compared to sowing quality and greatly improve the anti blocking effect.
