针对稻麦收获机脱粒滚筒圆柱度检测效率低、误差大的现状,提出了一种基于 VB 串口通信的脱粒滚筒圆柱度数据采集系统设计方法,首先通过程序实现激光位移传感器与上位机的通信,激光传感器再对脱粒滚筒外圆柱面进行数据采集,最后对采集的数据进行处理。实验表明:该系统能在5 min 以内完成数据的采集、存储和分析,采集到的数据与真实值的误差在±0.9 mm 范围内,采集系统界面简洁、操作方便,应用范围十分广泛。
針對稻麥收穫機脫粒滾筒圓柱度檢測效率低、誤差大的現狀,提齣瞭一種基于 VB 串口通信的脫粒滾筒圓柱度數據採集繫統設計方法,首先通過程序實現激光位移傳感器與上位機的通信,激光傳感器再對脫粒滾筒外圓柱麵進行數據採集,最後對採集的數據進行處理。實驗錶明:該繫統能在5 min 以內完成數據的採集、存儲和分析,採集到的數據與真實值的誤差在±0.9 mm 範圍內,採集繫統界麵簡潔、操作方便,應用範圍十分廣汎。

In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and great error in cylindrical degree detection, this paper puts forward a method of threshing drum cylindrical degree data acquisition system design based on VB serial communication, first the system realize the laser displacement sensor and host computer communication through program, then the laser displacement sensor collect the data of outer cylinder, and finally deal with the data.Experiments show that the system can complete the acquisition, storage and analysis of data within 5min, the error of collected data and real value is in the range of ±0.9 mm, the system has a simple interface, convenient operation, and wide range of application.
