针对残地膜回收机弹齿应力效应问题,对弹齿长度L、截面直径D、入土角θ、回转角速度ω等4个参数进行虚拟正交试验,建立相应的数学模型,考察各参数对弹齿应力的影响。正交试验结果显示:弹齿所受应力随着L、ω的增大而增大,随着D、θ的增大而减小;弹齿应力最小参数为L=180mm、D=10mm、θ=70°、ω=0.79(即π/4)rad/s,最大为L=280mm、D=3mm、θ=15°、ω=2.09(即2π/3)rad/s。弹齿截面直径对临界入土角影响较大,随截面直径的增大,临界入土角明显减小,即增大弹齿截面直径有利于弹齿的顺利入土。
針對殘地膜迴收機彈齒應力效應問題,對彈齒長度L、截麵直徑D、入土角θ、迴轉角速度ω等4箇參數進行虛擬正交試驗,建立相應的數學模型,攷察各參數對彈齒應力的影響。正交試驗結果顯示:彈齒所受應力隨著L、ω的增大而增大,隨著D、θ的增大而減小;彈齒應力最小參數為L=180mm、D=10mm、θ=70°、ω=0.79(即π/4)rad/s,最大為L=280mm、D=3mm、θ=15°、ω=2.09(即2π/3)rad/s。彈齒截麵直徑對臨界入土角影響較大,隨截麵直徑的增大,臨界入土角明顯減小,即增大彈齒截麵直徑有利于彈齒的順利入土。
침대잔지막회수궤탄치응력효응문제,대탄치장도L、절면직경D、입토각θ、회전각속도ω등4개삼수진행허의정교시험,건립상응적수학모형,고찰각삼수대탄치응력적영향。정교시험결과현시:탄치소수응력수착L、ω적증대이증대,수착D、θ적증대이감소;탄치응력최소삼수위L=180mm、D=10mm、θ=70°、ω=0.79(즉π/4)rad/s,최대위L=280mm、D=3mm、θ=15°、ω=2.09(즉2π/3)rad/s。탄치절면직경대림계입토각영향교대,수절면직경적증대,림계입토각명현감소,즉증대탄치절면직경유리우탄치적순리입토。
For solving the stress effects problems of the Plastic film recycling machine tine , through corresponding mathematical model,simulation virtual experiments are tried to study four parameters( tine length, cross-sectional diame-ter, buried angle, the rotational angular velocity ) of Tine stress affected.Orthogonal experiment results showed that, tine the stress increases with L,ωis increasing,with increasing D,θdecreases.Tine stress minimum parameters for L=180mm, D=10mm,θ =70 °,ω=0.79 (i.e.π/4)rad/s, a maximum of L=280mm, D=3mm, θ =15°, ω=2.09 ( i.e.2π/3) rad/s.Tine sectional diameter greater impact on the critical angle buried, along with an increase in cross-sectional diameter, buried the critical angle significantly reduced, which increases cross-sectional diameter of the spring-tine conducive to the smooth shells buried.
