介绍一种烟草包衣种子穴盘播种装置,通过端面的动静轮实现在薄壁滚筒上吸种孔上正负气压切换,达到吸排种目的。以单粒率、多粒率、空穴率作为播种效果的评价指标进行试验,结果表明:在一定生产效率的情况下,播种效果与吸种孔大小、清种正压及吸种负压有关。通过对直径约为1.4 mm 的烟草包衣种子进行试验表明:吸种孔径对单粒率、空穴率、多粒率均有显著影响;清种正压对单粒率、空穴率、多粒率均没有显著影响;吸种负压只对空穴率有显著影响,对单粒率和多粒率没有显著影响。播种效果的最佳组合为吸种孔径0.6mm,清种正压为600Pa,吸种负压为-8kPa。以最佳组合的因素水平进行试验,结果为:单粒率98.03%,多粒率1.39%,空穴率0.31%。

This paper introduces tray seeding mechanism for tobacco coated seed.Using the air pressure and vacuum pressure which are switched by the rotating and stopping roller at the end plane, the mechnaism achieves seeding at the suction hole of the thin-walled cylinder.The single-seed rate, empty-seed rate and multi-seed rate of the tray seeding mechanism are regarded as the evaluation index of the seeding effect.Tests showed that the seeding effect of the tray see-ding mechanism are related to diameter of suction hole,cleaning air pressure and vacuum pressure under the same pro-duction efficiency.By testing the tobacco coated seeds of diameter about 1.4mm,the result show that influence of diame-ter of suction hole on single-seed rate, multi-seed rate and empty-seed rate was significant; influence of cleaning air pressure on single-seed rate, multi-seed and empty-seed rate is not significant;influence of vacuum pressure on empty-seed rate was significant, while on single-seed rate and multi-seed rate is not significant;The best seeding effects can be achieved under the condition of 0.6 mm suction hole diameter, 600Pa cleaning air pressure and 8kPa vacuum pres-sure.Testing the optimal combination of factor levels, the result show that single-seed rate can be up to 98.03%, the multi-seed rate is 1 .39%and empty-seed rate is 0 .31%.
