根据不同浓度溶液折光率不同,设计了一种混药浓度在线检测的装置。同时,选用650 nm 二极管激光器作为光源、PSD作为信号接收器,设计和制造了三角形流道和以 OPA4277芯片为主的信号放大电路。试验结果表明:在总流量为4.77L/min时,其线性度较高(R2=0.9953),数据离散程度较低(CV=2.4%),检出时间小于5s,检测最大偏差为0.0152g/L,可用于混药浓度的在线检测。

This paper designed an online detection of mixed concentration device based on different concentrations of so-lution have different refractive index.Used a 650nm diode laser as a light source, the PSD as a signal receiver, designed and manufactured the triangular flow channel and OPA4277 chip-based signal amplification circuit.The performance test showed that at the flow of 4.77L,this device has a higher linearity with R2=0.9953,data dispersion degree is low with CV=2 .4%,check out time is less than 5 s. At this time the largest deviation is 0 .015 2 g/L which can be applied to mixing concentration online detection.
